Data conversion online help

All online data conversion interfaces have a similar look and feel. They will include a short description of the service that is accessed by the page, and will have some common user interface components.

1. They will have a 'Locate on your computer' text entry field with a 'Browse' button. Click on the 'Browse' button the open a file selection dialog box, and select the file you want to submit to the online data conversion

2. There will be a section with 'Optional parameters'. Apart from conversion-specific parameters, this section will have a 'Force Download' option. If this option is selected, the converted file will be downloaded to your computer, and a 'Save As' dialog will prompt you for the name you want to give to your converted file. If this option is not selected, the browser will try and render your file into the browser if it detect a mime-type or extension that it recognizes. You can then still save the file with the browser's 'File - Save As' dialog.

3. The submit section will have to action buttons, one labeled as 'Reset', clicking of which will revert all values in the form to their defaults, and the 'Convert' button, which will sent the file you selected with the 'Browse' button to our servers for processing.
